Last week, I went to Vegas for the the PMA photography convention/trade show. I had a great time and learned a lot (mostly regarding CS4 and Camera Raw.) However, I’m still knee deep in editing all these pictures… It’s going to take a while…

Last weekend, I had a very enjoyable visit to the San Antonio Zoo. Snapped some decent pictures. [My San Antonio Zoo Gallery]

My new camera finally came in last week so this weekend I had to try it out and I was just blown away at the clarity the camera was able to produce.

Below is one of my favorite images from the shoot. I posted up an album of saturday’s shoot on my flickr.

A month ago, I ordered a Nikon D90 from Adorama. I would not recommend ordering from Adorama. The camera I received was defective (which probably was not Adorama’s fault), but anyways, having to send it back for an exchange turned into a month long fruitless process.

In the end, I got refunded on my credit card (which really wasn’t at all what I wanted… I just wanted a D90!) and I placed my order at B&H.

Unfortunately they aren’t doing any better, as the order was placed quite early on Thursday and still hasn’t been processed so I’m pretty sure it will be missing its estimated arrival time of Wednesday.

ARG so frustrating.

Update: B&H shipped my camera and it should get here on Thursday. 1 day behind schedule, but I’ll take that.
